Executive Program

The AI-Ready Executive™

Most AI training teaches executives how AI works. This program trains you and your leadership team to lead and decide with it — built on the Human Performance System™ and delivered by a practitioner who advises executives and investors on live AI decisions every week.

Why Now

Leadership AI literacy is no longer optional. It is the law's floor — and the market's edge.

Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required providers and deployers of AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff and others operating AI on their behalf. Leadership is not exempt — leadership is where the obligation bites hardest, because the decisions that deploy AI across an organization concentrate at the top.

And beneath the regulation sits the sharper truth I see weekly in my advisory practice: the most repeated question executives ask is not about tools. It is how to decide — how to turn AI investment into measurable impact, and how to validate what they are being sold. The market is flooded with tool training and starved of decision training. That gap is what this program closes.

The AI-Ready Executive™ is designed to support Article 4 compliance at the leadership level. It is not a certification — no serious program is.

The Program

Four modules. One spine: the Human Performance System™.

Every module works on your real decisions, not case studies of other companies. You leave each session with an artifact you can use the next morning.

Module 01 · Think
AI Reality Without the Noise

What current AI actually is and is not. A capability map executives can hold without the vocabulary arms race. Where value is created and destroyed — and the Context Gap: why companies that buy working AI still fail to convert it into results.

Artifact — a one-page capability-to-value map of your own organization.

Module 02 · Communicate
Leading the AI Conversation

How to interrogate a vendor pitch, an internal AI proposal, or a board question without bluffing. The ten questions that expose a weak AI case in minutes. Communicating AI decisions to boards, regulators, and teams.

Artifact — your question set for your next live vendor or budget meeting.

Module 03 · Decide
Decision Architecture for the AI Era

The core, and the module no generic program has: explicit decision context, validation with written kill criteria before commitment, a decision memo standard that survives audit and AI Act scrutiny — and who owns exceptions when the machine optimizes.

Artifact — a completed decision map and kill-criteria sheet for one real, current AI decision you own.

Module 04 · Perform
From Pilots to P&L

Why most GenAI pilots return nothing and what the surviving ones share. Measurement discipline: leading indicators, ROI logic, when to kill. The operating cadence that turns adoption into results.

Artifact — your personal 90-day action plan, signed by the only person accountable for it: you.

Who Teaches It

Built by a practitioner, not a slide deck.

I have spent 20+ years in executive leadership in global technology — including Cisco, Check Point, and Akamai — operating across 40+ countries in seven languages. Today, the world's leading expert networks put me on calls with executives and investors making live AI and cybersecurity investment decisions. What their questions keep revealing is what this program teaches: the decision layer, not the tool layer, is where AI succeeds or fails.

The program runs on my own frameworks — the Human Performance System™ and the decision-architecture discipline behind ContextZero AI — and on the same standard I hold in advisory work: no hype, no fabricated proof, kill criteria in writing.
