For the decisions where capital, careers, and credibility are all on the table at once. I sit on your side of it — with a method, not a slide deck.
What I Actually Do
Executives don't lack information. They lack an independent, incentive-free read on the decision in front of them — someone who has operated at their altitude, has no product to sell them, and is willing to write down the conditions under which the answer is "stop."
The sharpest edge of my practice is AI and cybersecurity investment decisions: turning AI budgets into measurable impact rather than funded activity, validating what vendors and internal champions are proposing, choosing the right niche, strategy, and product among alternatives. These are the questions the world's leading expert networks put in front of me week after week, on live decisions, for executives and investors around the world. This page is the direct route to the same judgment — without the intermediary.
Beneath the AI edge sits the broader practice: technology strategy, transformation that creates value instead of motion, and leadership performance under complexity, built on the four pillars of the Human Performance System™ — Think, Communicate, Decide, Perform.
The Method
Advisory with me runs on a repeatable discipline, not ad-hoc opinion. We map what is actually being decided and who owns it (the Decision Context Map). We stress-test the commitment against explicit, written kill criteria before you are emotionally and politically invested (the Validation Protocol). The output is a Decision Memo built to a consistent standard — the recommendation, the reasoning, the disconfirming evidence, and the conditions that would flip it — so the decision can be defended to a board, an investor, or a regulator, and revisited on a cadence instead of by crisis.
Ways of Working
90–120 minutes with your board or leadership team on AI readiness and what the EU AI Act's literacy obligation asks of you — the entry point of The AI-Ready Executive™ program.
One full day, one decision that matters, worked end to end with the method above. You leave with a decision map, kill criteria, and a memo you can act on the next morning.
A standing advisory relationship for leaders who want this judgment on call across a season of decisions. Deliberately capacity-limited; scope agreed in conversation.
When the decision layer itself needs rebuilding, the engagement runs through Human Systems for the AI Era and Context Zero™.
Fees are discussed in conversation, matched to format and stakes. The first conversation is free and usually clarifying on its own.
